1. Inspiration/ Sketches/Model(s)

2. A semi-cylindrical block of fibers is rolled by hand and shaped into a tube. 

3. The block is secured with a plastic ring and wrapped in a cloth. Which is then twisted and secured.     

4. The block is then placed in a paper tube and baked in a custom oven.

 

5. When cooked, the fibres memorize the shape of the chair.
